Even through we had used Sean Hayes previously for an interior job at a commercial building, we thoroughly went through the “due diligence” process again since this is our personal home and had neglected its repainting.  We solicited 3 other bids from qualified painting contractors.  Sean’s proposal was the best and provided the most thorough work for what was a very competitive and fair price.  We then checked him through the Contractor’s Sate Licensing Board and verified his license status, insurance and boding information. all checked out perfectly.  We even checked out a very recent exterior job Sean had done and both the owner and property manager gave WALLWORX Painting Company excellent comments and a strong recommendation.

When the work began, Sean and his crew were professional, punctual and thorough.  They did what they were supposed to do and they did it on schedule.  Sean honored the price quote exactly in addition he gave me a further suggestion to make the job even better as the work progressed. This suggestion added minimal cost to the job and afforded us greater protection to the wood surfaces.  I came over to the house to evaluate Sean’s suggestion and agreed with it totally. It did improve the job and was something he could not have foreseen prior to the work being started.  My wife and I appreciated his interest and the suggestion was a good one. Sean is a rare contractor who bids work honestly and accurately, does the work professionally, offers options as they present themselves, cleans up thoroughly after his work, completes the job on time and on budget, and even stays in touch following the job to make certain that the customer is satisfied.
